Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a Full Time Security Officer to provide comprehensive security services at our site in Peterlee, UK. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, observation, and conflict resolution skills, with a deep understanding of security protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets
Conduct routine security checks, including property inspections, access control, and equipment maintenance
Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies promptly and effectively
Enforce company security policies and procedures
Maintain detailed logs and reports of all security-related activities
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
Provide customer service to visitors and employees, ensuring their well-being and security
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and security technologies

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent qualification
2+ years of experience in a security role
Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent physical condition and ability to perform extended periods of walking, standing, and working outdoors
Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
Valid First Aid certificate and SIA (Security Industry Authority) registration preferred
