EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Pocklington, York. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the protection and security of our premises and personnel.

Overview:

• Monitor and control access to the site
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies
• Enforce safety and security regulations
• Provide assistance to employees and visitors
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed

Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV cameras and access control systems
• Operate and maintain security equipment
• Conduct background checks and investigations
• Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports
• Provide training and guidance to employees on security procedures
• Supervise security personnel (if applicable)

Qualifications:

• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong observation and attention to detail
• Physical fitness and ability to work independently
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
