Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol designated areas to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access
Enforce company security policies and procedures
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
Observe and record suspicious activity, individuals, or vehicles
Conduct background checks and escort visitors as required
Maintain security equipment, such as CCTV cameras and access control systems
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services
Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports
Adhere to all company and legal health and safety regulations

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a security role
Strong physical presence and excellent observational skills
Proficient in CCTV monitoring and access control systems
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
First aid and emergency response certification preferred
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
Valid UK driver's license
