Full time Security Officer in Pwllheli

Description Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly-motivated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team in Pwllheli, North Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and compliance of our premises while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security cameras, access control points, and other surveillance equipment
• Conduct routine patrols within the designated areas, both internally and externally
• Enforce security policies, procedures, and rules
• Respond promptly and effectively to security-related incidents (e.g., alarms, suspicious activities, medical emergencies)
• Assist management with investigations, audits, and security-related projects
• Control access to authorized areas and personnel
• Communicate and cooperate with law enforcement agencies, security contractors, and emergency responders
• Maintain up-to-date security and safety certifications
• Adhere to relevant health, safety, and fire regulations
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of security-related equipment

 

Qualifications:

• SIA-accredited Security Officer qualification (minimum Level 2 recommended)
• Experience in a related security environment
• Excellent observation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Physically fit with good stamina
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Clean criminal record and willing to undergo security screening (DBS check)
