Full time Security Officer in Reading

Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd., a leading provider of flexible staffing solutions, is seeking a Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Reading, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our clients' premises and personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to security alarms and incidents
• Patrol designated areas and enforce security protocols
• Conduct access control and visitor screening
• Inspect and maintain security equipment, including CCTV cameras, door locks, and alarm systems
• Report suspicious activities, security breaches, and emergencies
• Provide assistance to clients and visitors in case of need
• Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports

Qualifications:

• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
• Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
• Clean criminal record (DBS check required)
