EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Ripon, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This on-site role requires a proactive and vigilant individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect suspicious activity
Respond promptly to security breaches and emergencies
Identify and report potential hazards or security risks
Control access to authorized personnel and vehicles
Conduct security inspections and document findings
Assist with emergency evacuations and drills
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
Report incidents and accidents in a timely manner
Comply with all safety and security policies and procedures

Qualifications

SIA Security Guard License or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
Excellent physical fitness and stamina
Strong observation and surveillance skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in written and verbal reporting
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
