Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join its team at our site in Riseholme, Lincoln. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining security at the premises and ensuring the safety and well-being of staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle, ensuring that premises are secure and that no unauthorized persons or activities are present
• Monitor security systems, CCTV footage, and alarms to detect and report any suspicious activity
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in a professional and timely manner
• Control access to the premises through gates, doors, and other entry points
• Conduct thorough searches of persons, vehicles, and belongings as required
• Maintain a detailed record of all incidents, inspections, and patrols completed
• Report security incidents and breaches to management immediately
• Follow established security policies and procedures
• Enforce company safety regulations and ensure that visitors and contractors comply
• Provide customer service and assist visitors as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security officer role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of situational awareness
• Physical fitness sufficient to perform the duties of the role, including patrolling, lifting, and restraining
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current Security Industry Authority (SIA) license (or eligible to obtain one)
