Full-Time Security Officer | EarnFlex Ltd.

Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to protect its premises and assets in Rushton, Kettering. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security protocols, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and property
Implement and enforce security procedures, including access control, surveillance, and incident response
Screen and control access to the premises through gates, entrances, and exits
Conduct physical searches of individuals and vehicles as necessary
Respond to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity in a timely and efficient manner
Report and document incidents, observations, and security-related activities
Conduct routine inspections of security equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning
Maintain a clean and organized security area
Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Security Officer in a commercial or industrial setting
Strong knowledge of security protocols, including access control, surveillance, and incident response
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical fitness and ability to perform routine patrols and inspections
Valid SIA license (or willingness to obtain one)
Experience in using security equipment and systems
Clean criminal record
