Full Time Security Officer in Seascale

Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Seascale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including buildings, grounds, and access points
• Control access to restricted areas and screen visitors
• Respond to security incidents promptly and professionally
• Investigate suspicious activity and report findings to supervisors
• Conduct security checks, including identity verification and vehicle inspections
• Write detailed reports on security-related incidents and activities
• Maintain security equipment and systems, including cameras, alarms, and access control
• Provide customer service to visitors and employees
• Work closely with law enforcement and other emergency responders

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in security operations
• Strong knowledge of security principles and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to withstand long hours of standing, walking, and patrolling
• Valid security license or certification (preferred)
• Clean driving record
