Skilled Security Officer in Skipton

Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Skipton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive security services to our property and assets.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol the property 24/7, ensuring the safety and security of premises
Control access to the building and grounds, screening visitors and checking identification
Conduct routine security checks, including fire safety inspections and emergency response planning
Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and breaches
Maintain accurate records of all security activities and incidents
Report suspicious activity or potential threats to designated authorities
Work closely with law enforcement and other emergency services in case of emergencies
Provide customer service and support to staff, tenants, and visitors
Comply with all relevant security regulations and industry standards

Qualifications:

Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or equivalent certification
Proven experience as a Security Officer in a similar role for at least 2 years
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Physical fitness and ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Clean criminal record and valid UK driving license
