Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Sligo, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

 

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises, conducting ID checks and bag searches as necessary
• Patrol the premises, identifying and reporting any suspicious activities or potential hazards
• Respond promptly to emergencies and implement appropriate security measures
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents and investigations
• Provide customer service and support to visitors and employees
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and security technologies

 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Certified in Security Operations or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical fitness and ability to withstand extended periods of standing and walking
• Proficiency in using surveillance equipment and monitoring systems
• Experience with first aid and CPR is preferred
