EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Southampton, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or other security incidents
• Respond promptly to alarms, security breaches, and emergencies
• Enforce company security policies and procedures, including access control and surveillance
• Conduct security assessments and identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
• Prepare security reports and logs for management review
• Collaborate with other security personnel, including law enforcement and fire services
• Provide customer service and assist visitors and employees as needed
• Maintain a professional demeanor and project a positive image of the company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a security officer or in a related field
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of security equipment, including surveillance cameras and access control systems
• Knowledge of security regulations and best practices
• SIA (Security Industry Authority) certification or equivalent preferred
• Clean criminal background check required
