Full Time Security Officer in Spennymoor

Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team at our Spennymoor site (DL16 7UU). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the site
• Conduct routine patrols of the premises, both internally and externally
• Identify and eliminate security risks
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Respond to alarms, security breaches, and other emergencies
• Maintain surveillance equipment and report any malfunctions
• Conduct security briefings and training for staff
• Assist in the investigation of security incidents
• Keep accurate records of all security-related activities
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed

Qualifications

• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience as a security officer
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Physical fitness and ability to handle stressful situations
• First Aid and CPR certification a plus
