Full time Security Officer in Stirling

Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Stirling, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our workplace, employees, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the workplace to identify and prevent security risks
• Enforce security protocols and policies
• Conduct access control and ID checks
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as necessary
• Report suspicious activities or incidents to management
• Cooperate with law enforcement and other security agencies
• Maintain security records and reports
• Perform routine security inspections and maintenance
• Provide a visible and reassuring presence to employees and visitors

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Strong physical presence and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of security systems and CCTV operations
• First Aid certification preferred
• SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) certification or equivalent
