Full Time Security Officer in Stokesley

Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to safeguard our business premises in Stokesley, Middlesbrough, TS9. The ideal candidate will possess strong security principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to proactively maintain a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine security patrols of the premises, including internal and external areas
• Monitor and control access to the building using access control systems and procedures
• Respond promptly to security incidents, including thefts, vandalism, or emergencies
• Report all security concerns and suspicious activities to management
• Inspect and maintain security equipment, such as cameras, alarms, and door locks
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Provide customer service and support to visitors, employees, and contractors
• Maintain accurate records of all security incidents and related activities

Qualifications

• SIA Close Protection Level 3 Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar role
• Excellent physical and mental health, capable of working in a demanding and potentially hazardous environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of people
• Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
• Valid UK driving license
