Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras and perform regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises
• Control access to the premises and screen visitors
• Respond to security incidents promptly and effectively
• Conduct security checks and investigations as required
• Maintain security records and report any suspicious activities
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Provide customer service and assist with general inquiries
• Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and security technologies

Qualifications

• SIA Security Officer License (Level 2) or equivalent certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to observe and assess situations
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Previous experience in a security role is highly desirable
• Knowledge of security equipment and technologies
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and access control systems
