Full Time Security Officer in Sudbourne

Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a responsible and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at our Sudbourne site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor the facility, both internally and externally
• Conduct thorough security inspections and report any suspicious activity
• Control access to the facility and ensure authorized personnel only
• Respond to and investigate security breaches, emergencies, and incidents
• Maintain and test security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees
• Report and document all security-related incidents and activities
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Work effectively as part of a team and under minimal supervision

Qualifications

• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a security role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical fitness and ability to work long hours and in all weather conditions
• Knowledge of security systems and technology
• Clean driving license
