Job Description for Sutton Security Officers:

We are searching for a dependable and dedicated full-time Security Officer to join our Earnflex Ltd team in Sutton. This role's major task is to ensure the safety and security of our buildings, assets, and workers.

Security Officer Responsibilities in Sutton:

Conduct regular patrols of the facility, both internally and externally, to detect and prevent unauthorised entrance or activities.
Access to the building is monitored and controlled via technological technologies and physical obstacles.
Perform identity checks on all visitors, contractors, and employees.
Inspect all vehicles and personal things that enter or leave the site.
Respond to alerts, emergencies, and other security situations.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or individuals to the relevant authorities.
Maintain and monitor security systems, such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
Conduct incident investigations and create detailed reports.
Offer customer service and help to visitors, employees, and other stakeholders.
Adhere to all safety and security regulations and procedures.
Participate in security and professional development programmes.

Security Officer Qualifications:

The SIA-accredited (Security Industry Authority) or comparable certification is very desirable.
Superior physical fitness and situational awareness.
Requirements include strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, ability to operate
independently and collaboratively, and proficiency with security equipment and systems.
High degree of integrity, honesty, and professionalism
