Full Time Security Officer in Tadley

Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to safeguard our Tadley premises. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the security industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enforce security measures and maintain order at the designated site
• Monitor surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activities
• Perform routine patrols, checking all entry and exit points for any unauthorized access
• Escort authorized visitors and maintain visitor logs
• Respond promptly to alarms, security breaches, and emergencies
• Report any unusual incidents or safety hazards to supervisors
• Assist with access control and key management systems
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or individuals
• Maintain a secure and professional environment for employees and visitors
• Follow all company security policies and procedures

Qualifications

• SIA-licensed (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Security Officer
• Strong physical fitness and alertness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using security equipment (e.g., CCTV, radios)
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR
• Basic computer literacy
