Full time Security Officer in Tebay

Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Tebay, Penrith. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including buildings, grounds, and parking lots
• Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, and incidents
• Conduct thorough security checks of individuals and vehicles entering and exiting the premises
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and surveillance
• Operate and maintain security equipment, such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential security risks
• Prepare and maintain security reports and incident logs
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and other security agencies as needed
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

• SIA-accredited Security Officer qualification (Level 2 or higher)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional observation abilities
• Physical fitness to perform security duties, including patrols and emergency response
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
