Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. in Telford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting the company's assets, employees, and visitors while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor designated areas, including buildings, grounds, and parking lots
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control and security protocols
• Conduct routine security inspections and identify any potential threats or hazards
• Respond to security incidents and alarms, including fire, theft, and medical emergencies
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
• Maintain detailed incident reports and logs
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors
• Stay up-to-date on security best practices and technologies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license
• SIA (Security Industry Authority) certification preferred
