Full time Security Officer in Telgnmout

Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to provide comprehensive protection and security services at our Riverside site in Teignmouth, Devon.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and secure the site, preventing unauthorized access and potential threats
• Perform regular patrols of the designated area, both inside and outside the premises
• Enforce company security policies, access control regulations, and emergency procedures
• Respond to alarms, investigate incidents, and report suspicious activities
• Control access to the site by verifying identification, searching vehicles, and issuing passes
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other security personnel as required
• Maintain accurate security logs and prepare incident reports
• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective measures
• Assist with crowd control, traffic management, and emergency response
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a security officer in a commercial or retail environment
• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or the ability to obtain one
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Strong physical presence and a high level of alertness
• Familiarity with security systems, surveillance equipment, and emergency response protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment
• Clean driving license and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
