Full time Security Officer in Tenby

Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team at our Tenby location. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to deter and prevent unauthorized entry, theft, and vandalism
• Conduct thorough security checks of individuals, vehicles, and packages
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and access control
• Respond promptly to security alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Maintain clear and concise communication with colleagues, supervisors, and authorities
• Prepare and submit security reports and incident logs
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment for employees and visitors
• Undergo regular training to stay abreast of latest security protocols and technologies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a security officer role
• Strong knowledge of security principles, procedures, and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license is highly desirable
• First Aid certification preferred
