Full time Security Officer in Tenby

Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Tenby. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Security Office Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises, including internal and external areas
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and surveillance
• Identify and respond to potential security threats, including unauthorized entry or activity
• Conduct regular security checks and inspections
• Investigate incidents, gather evidence, and prepare reports
• Provide customer service and assist visitors
• Maintain security equipment, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and communication devices
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services

Security Office Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor or equivalent certification
• Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and observational abilities
• Physical fitness and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Security Office Additional Desired Skills

• First Aid certification
• Conflict resolution skills
• Experience in loss prevention
• Proficiency in using security software and equipment
