Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at our Thorpe End location. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol the premises to identify and deter potential threats
Control access to the premises, including screening visitors and verifying credentials
Conduct regular security checks and inspections
Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly and effectively
Maintain logs and records of all security-related activities
Adhere to all company security policies and procedures
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong observational and analytical abilities
Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid UK driver's license
SIA (Security Industry Authority) license preferred
