Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism
• Conduct identity checks and search bags as necessary
• Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and effectively
• Maintain a written record of all incidents and activities
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services
• Stay abreast of security best practices and technologies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and observational abilities
• Proficiency in computer systems and security technologies
• Valid security license and First Aid/CPR certification
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
