Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access
Conduct security checks, searches, and screenings as necessary
Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies promptly and effectively
Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
Provide customer service to visitors, clients, and employees
Maintain detailed logs and reports on security-related activities
Collaborate with other security officers and law enforcement as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of experience as a security officer
Strong knowledge of security principles and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or willingness to obtain one preferred
