EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a proactive Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Wexford, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our premises, ensuring the safety of our employees and visitors, and enforcing company policies and procedures.

 

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises
• Patrol the property and check for any suspicious activity
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Conduct security checks and screen visitors
• Maintain and test security equipment
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or activity
• Document and report incidents and observations
• Stay up-to-date with security regulations and best practices

 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Valid security license (preferred)
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
