Full time Security Officer in Weymouth

Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to provide comprehensive security services at our workplace in Weymouth, Dorset. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the facility, ensuring adherence to security protocols and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of building entrances, exits, and perimeter.
• Screen visitors, verify identification, and grant access as appropriate.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all security-related activities.
• Assist with fire drills and other emergency preparedness measures.
• Provide customer service to visitors and employees.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as required.
   

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience as a Security Officer.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and legal requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness to perform duties such as patrolling and responding to incidents.
• Valid SIA Security Licensing (preferred).
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
