Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Weymouth, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our premises, personnel, and assets, ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of the premises, both internally and externally
• Monitor and respond to security alarms and incidents
• Control access to the premises and screen visitors
• Deter and detect suspicious activity and report any breaches of security
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and law enforcement
• Observe and report any potential safety hazards
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Maintain a visible and professional presence
• Assist with crowd control and emergency evacuations
• Participate in security training programs and maintain up-to-date knowledge of security practices

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Security Officer
• Proven ability to handle potentially dangerous situations calmly and effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and mobility to perform extended patrols
• Current SIA license or the ability to obtain one
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security technologies
• Experience in a retail or corporate security environment preferred
