Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd., based in Whitehaven, CA28 7LF, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets, as well as providing excellent customer service to visitors and employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling assigned areas and monitoring security systems
• Respond to alarms and incidents in a timely and appropriate manner
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
• Conduct security checks on individuals and vehicles
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras and other security equipment
• Maintain accurate records of all security incidents and activities
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as necessary
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a security officer role
• Excellent physical condition and the ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Proficient in the use of security equipment, including surveillance cameras and access control systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations
