EarnFlex Ltd. | Full-Time Security Officer

Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to safeguard our premises in Wilby, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and assets.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access to the premises, including vehicle and pedestrian gates
Conduct regular patrols of the site, both indoors and outdoors, to identify and respond to potential security threats
Monitor CCTV footage and report any suspicious activity
Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and effectively
Prepare and maintain security reports and incident logs
Liaise with law enforcement and other emergency services as required
Control and manage visitors and contractors, ensuring compliance with security protocols
Conduct security checks on employees and visitors to prevent unauthorized access
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment

Qualifications:

SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent security certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observation skills
Strong physical fitness and alertness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in managing incidents and responding to emergencies
Familiarity with CCTV systems and security equipment
Knowledge of relevant security regulations and protocols
