Full-Time Security Officer: Safeguarding Wilford, Nottingham

Description and Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Wilford, Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of our premises, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol the assigned premises, both indoors and outdoors, to prevent unauthorized access or activity
Conduct thorough searches of visitors and property as necessary
Respond to security breaches, emergencies, and suspicious behavior
Document and report incidents, observations, and patrols
Assist law enforcement and emergency personnel as required
Enforce company security policies and procedures
Provide customer service to visitors and staff
Stay abreast of security trends and best practices

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in a security role
Strong communication, interpersonal, and observational skills
Excellent physical condition and the ability to work in all types of weather conditions
Knowledge of security systems, procedures, and laws
Clean criminal record
First Aid and CPR certification preferred
