Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Willingale, Ongar CM5 0SJ, UK. Reporting to the Security Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of the property, both internally and externally
Monitor security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control) and respond to alarms promptly
Enforce security protocols and access control procedures
Provide customer service and assist visitors and employees as needed
Conduct incident investigations and prepare reports
Keep detailed records of all security-related activities
Stay abreast of industry best practices and security trends
Collaborate with law enforcement and other emergency responders as necessary
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Security Officer License (or ability to obtain within a short period)
2+ years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the use of security equipment and systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical fitness and agility required
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
Clean criminal record (DBS check required)
