Full Time Security Officer in Wragby

Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to provide comprehensive security services at our Wragby site. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles, surveillance techniques, and emergency response protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and property
• Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks
• Perform access control duties, including verifying identification and escorting visitors
• Operate security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control equipment
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, including evacuations, medical emergencies, and potential threats
• Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with employees, visitors, and contractors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in the use of security equipment and technology
• Physical fitness and agility to perform required duties
• Understanding of relevant security regulations and best practices
• Clean criminal record and driving license
