EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Yoxford, Suffolk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets.

Overview:

Maintain a safe and secure work environment for employees, visitors, and property
Enforce company security policies and procedures
Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of the premises
Monitor and respond to alarms and emergencies
Control access to the premises and conduct security checks
Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary
Generate and maintain accurate security reports

Responsibilities:

Maintain a highly visible presence to deter crime and maintain order
Inspect and report any security risks or vulnerabilities
Conduct investigations and resolve security incidents
Provide support to employees and visitors in emergency situations
Assist with crowd control and manage access to restricted areas
Stay abreast of industry best practices and security technologies

Qualifications:

Experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong physical fitness and ability to work shifts
Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
Clear understanding of security protocols and procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
SIA-licensed (or working towards it) is desirable
