Full-time Security Officer in Nantwich

Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a proactive and vigilant Full-time Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises in Nantwich, Cheshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security protocols, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be physically fit.

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the premises, including gates, doors, and surveillance systems
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both internally and externally
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity
• Enforce security policies and procedures
• Report incidents and suspicious behavior to management
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with crowd control and traffic management
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

 

Qualifications:

• GCSE or equivalent in English and Math
• Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to perform patrols and respond to emergencies
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Previous experience in a law enforcement or security-related role preferred
