Description Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer for its Telford location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive security and patrolling services, ensuring the safety and well-being of personnel, assets, and premises.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine patrols of the premises, both indoors and outdoors, to monitor for any suspicious activity or security breaches
• Inspect and report on the condition of security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access control devices
• Monitor building access and control the entry and exit of visitors, employees, and contractors
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, including fire, theft, or unauthorized access
• Conduct investigations and gather evidence in the event of security violations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date security logs and reports
• Provide customer service to visitors and employees, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
• Perform other related security duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a security officer in a similar role
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work independently in a demanding environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make sound decisions and follow instructions accurately
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
• Must have a clean criminal record and pass a background check
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
