EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Chippenham, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol designated areas, both indoors and outdoors
Screen visitors and enforce access control measures
Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment
Document and report security-related events and observations
Maintain and operate security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access controls
Collaborate with law enforcement and other emergency responders as needed
Provide customer service and assist guests and visitors

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience working as a Security Officer
Strong understanding of security principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical fitness and ability to work in a variety of conditions
Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security equipment
Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations
SIA license (preferred)
