Security Officer

Overview

NPM, a reputable company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. This is an on-site, full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to company facilities, including employees, visitors, and deliveries
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control, incident reporting, and evacuation plans
• Patrol the premises on a regular basis to detect potential threats or suspicious activities
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and packages entering or leaving the premises
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed, including escorting and providing directions
• Prepare and maintain relevant security reports and maintain accurate records of all incidents and activities
• Stay informed about new security threats and best practices, and implement appropriate measures
• Work effectively with law enforcement and other external security resources as necessary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a valid security license or be willing to obtain one
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Attention to detail, proactive, and highly observant
• Familiar with security systems, protocols, and emergency procedures
• Physically fit and able to perform security duties effectively
• Team-oriented and ability to work independently
• Strong customer service orientation
