Security Officer– Exeter

Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Exeter. The successful candidate will ensure the safety and security of the premises and personnel.
 

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol company property, including buildings, grounds, and parking areas
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control and trespassing prevention
• Conduct inspections and record any suspicious activities or incidents
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement
• Control access to restricted areas and escort visitors
• Maintain security equipment, such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems
• Report security breaches and incidents to management
• Collaborate with other security personnel and local authorities. 
   

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid SIA Licence and UK right to work.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a security officer role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The job requires strong physical fitness and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
• Proficient in using security equipment and technology
• Knowledge of applicable security laws and regulations
• Current driver's license and clean driving record
