Overview:

.Monitor and observe the premises and its surroundings
.Conduct regular patrols and inspect the property for any suspicious activity
.Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations
.Enforce company policies and procedures
.Report any incidents or hazards to management
.Maintain a clean and organized work environment
.Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors

Responsibilities:
.Conduct routine patrols of the premises, including parking areas, entrances, and exits
.Screen and control access to the premises
.Check and verify identification, badges, and visitor passes
.Monitor and assess security risks and implement appropriate measures
.Liaise with local authorities and emergency services as required
.Provide initial assistance to individuals in need of medical attention or emergencies
.Complete incident and activity reports
.Work independently and as part of a team
.Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
