Description Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to protect its premises and assets at its Acomb, York location. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional security skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect any suspicious activity
Conduct regular security checks and inspections
Operate security surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras and alarms
Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
Control access to the premises and conduct visitor screening
Maintain accurate and up-to-date security logs and reports
Enforce company security policies and procedures
Provide excellent customer service and assist with emergency situations
Work closely with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong physical fitness and agility
Proficiency in operating security surveillance systems
Knowledge of first aid and CPR is desirable
SIA (Security Industry Authority) license is highly desirable
