Security Officer in Bletchley

Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to protect our premises and assets in Fenny Stratford, Bletchley. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and property.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to designated areas
• Perform physical security checks of buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
• Conduct regular patrols on foot or via CCTV surveillance
• Report any suspicious or unauthorized activity to appropriate authorities
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate security logs and documentation
• Assist with crowd control and traffic management as needed
• Provide customer service and assist visitors and employees

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Security Officer
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and protocols
• Excellent observation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and agility to perform extended patrols and respond to emergencies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current SIA license or willingness to obtain one
• First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one
