Security Officer in Gravesend

Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to safeguard our premises and ensure the well-being of our employees and visitors in Gravesend, UK. This full-time role requires a proactive individual with a strong commitment to maintaining a secure and orderly environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol designated areas of the premises, including entry and exit points
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents promptly and effectively
• Conduct routine security checks and inspections
• Secure and monitor sensitive equipment and assets
• Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports
• Provide clear and concise instructions to visitors and contractors
• Act as a deterrent to potential security threats
• Assist with crowd control and traffic management
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

• SIA license (Security Industry Authority)
• Previous experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong observational and analytical abilities
• Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours
• Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
• Knowledge of First Aid and CPR
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean driving license (preferably)
