EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to safeguard our premises in Kingston upon Thames. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol the premises to deter and prevent unauthorized access
Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
Conduct regular security checks and inspections
Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
Report any suspicious activity or security breaches to management
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of fire safety procedures
Provide customer service and support to visitors and employees
Work effectively as part of a team and maintain a professional demeanor

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar role
Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
Physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding environment
Valid SIA license or ability to obtain one
First Aid and CPR certification preferred
