Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at our Lambley site (NG4 4PU). The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting assets, enforcing policies, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, or vandalism
Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control and parking regulations
Respond to alarms, security breaches, and other emergencies
Conduct foot patrols, inspect facilities, and investigate suspicious activity
Document incidents, write reports, and communicate with law enforcement as needed
Maintain security equipment and systems, including cameras, alarms, and access controls
Ensure fire safety and prevent accidents by monitoring equipment and conducting drills
Provide customer service and assist visitors as required

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
Physical fitness and ability to perform patrols and respond to emergencies
Clean criminal record
