Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Leighton Buzzard, LU7 1BL. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the premises using security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control)
Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both internally and externally
Respond to alarms and security incidents promptly and effectively
Enforce security policies and procedures
Report any suspicious activity or incidents to management
Assist with emergency response procedures
Provide customer service and support to visitors and employees
Maintain accurate logs and records of security-related incidents
Undertake other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 in Security or equivalent experience
SIA (Security Industry Authority) license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Physical fitness and ability to work independently
First Aid certification desirable
