Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and responsible Security Officer to provide security and protection at our premises in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment, deterring and responding to security incidents, and adhering to all relevant security protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the designated premises, including interior and exterior areas
• Conduct regular security checks and inspections of facilities and equipment
• Respond to security breaches, alarms, and other emergencies promptly and effectively
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
• Conduct searches and detain individuals as necessary, in accordance with company policy
• Investigate security incidents and report findings to management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date security logs
• Assist other departments with security-related matters as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work extended periods in a standing or walking position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in security systems and protocols
• Experience in law enforcement, security services, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
