Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a dedicated Security Officer to safeguard our premises and ensure the safety of our employees and assets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security protocols, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the facility, enforcing security protocols
• Conduct regular patrols of the building, perimeter, and surrounding areas
• Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, and suspicious activities
• Maintain security equipment (e.g., CCTV, access control systems)
• Report security incidents and provide timely updates to management
• Provide guidance and assistance to visitors and employees on security matters
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment for all
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Security Officer
• Certified in First Aid and CPR
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Physical fitness and agility required for patrolling and responding to emergencies
• Clean driver's license (UK or equivalent)
• Enhanced DBS clearance preferred
